Hey guys
It's official, I finally gave in and got a twitter account setup.
I'm always last to do these things, even starting a blog was tough for me haha. But yeah, if you're interested in cool/links videos that I find floating around the internet every day, follow me on twitter here.
As you can see, the account name is BeachMuscles-a high school nick name my football coaches/team mates gave me since I liked using dumbbells more often than barbells.
That said- I'll be tweeting about a variety of things-personal/convention related/fitness/nutrition or whatever interests me most at the time. And of course, I'll do my best to make it content and value packed like The Dream Lounge.
