My 2008 Goals/Resolutions

Jan 15, 2008 4:26 PM

I've had a lot on my mind lately, and unfortunately long term goals weren't on the top of my list.

Well time to hop to.

I'm going to break this down into three common areas many of you are familiar with.

Health (mental and physical), Wealth (finances and academics), and Love (relationships and social skills)

Health

  • Keep a steady 170 pound weight while increasing musculature
  • Drop to 10% body fat (skin fold accurate)-currently at 12%, must be at 11% by May
  • Begin and cultivate the daily habit of mediation
  • Begin and culitvate the daily habit of deep stretching (increase flexibility)
  • Try out 1 or more martial arts
  • Having greater control over my emotions, ego, and mind (focus)
  • Continue to make small improvements in my diet
Wealth
  • Finish and begin selling ebook by mid February
  • Maintain ZERO debt, to anyone
  • Have 1,000 dollars invested
  • Go on a kick ass spring break trip
  • Go on at least 1 kick ass summer trip (Florida keys most likely)
  • Obtain and maintain a 3.0 gpa
  • Obtain my ACE certification
  • Find a temporary job as a trainer, and learn more about the business first hand
  • Host the second annual Under 21 Convention, and make it bigger and badder than ever
Love
  • Get to know my extended family better (especially both grandmothers)
  • Help guide my siblings, especially my younger brother and younger sister
  • Go fishing with my dad like I used to, no less than half a dozen times
  • Provide support for my mother's fitness goals (lasting change)
  • Lay 14 more girls
  • Continue to go out as much as possible, gradually simmering down to a consistent 3/4 nights per week
  • Have one or more intimate relationships no shorter than 2 months, can be a traditional girl friend or very close fuck buddy
  • Continue to strenghten/rekindle old friendships and be open minded to old ones that died out
  • Continue to build social circles/network
Im sure Ill think of a few more as time goes on but these are the groundwork for my 2008.

cheers
